Payment Policy

 

All payments made towards purchase should be in favor of MULTIPLE SALES AND MARKETING LLP only.

Any person making any payment is subject to providing KYC as prescribed by the Government or any bodies who regulate the acceptance of the payment.

All Payments should be made by using Credit Card / Debit Card / Cheque or Links sent by the company only and a receipt against the same will be issued.

NO CASH PAYMENTS are accepted, and MULTIPLE SALES AND MARKETING LLP is not responsible if an individual / member / customer makes any such payments to any individual.

Any links and payment gateway usage are subject to the Terms and Conditions of such parties and MULTIPLE SALES AND MARKETING LLP has no claim / rights or control on the same.

All EMI payments need to be made on or before the due date specified an if an EMI Date falls on a bank holiday the company will seek for such payment a day prior to such holiday date.

Any payments made towards the purchase of any services are subject to the Rules and Regulations prescribed in the membership application.

Any default in payments towards membership / EMI and nonpayment of annual Subscription fees is subject to the Rules and Regulations prescribed in the membership application.

All the monies paid towards the membership are non-refundable and are subject to the Rules and Regulations prescribed in the membership application.

Any instalments taken from third party services is subject to the terms and conditions of such party or parties and Multiple Sales and Marketing LLP has no control on the interest charged / processing fees or any other matter. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to repay to the third parties.

Any payment made by an individual / member /clients or customer using POS machines confirms that there will not be any request for charge back of such payment for any reason. Should the individual / member / clients or customer have grievances to be addressed, in such event they seek the help of member services and if individual / member / clients or customer is not happy with the resolution given by the department. then they can seek there case to be referred for Arbitration as prescribed in Terms and Conditions.

All payments made in full or part towards the purchase of membership are non refundable.
