When My Holiday Starts?
Once you make your full and final payment for the membership, your holiday entitlements become active. For instance, if you pay in full on the day of purchase, you can technically start taking holidays from the following day. It is in your best interest to make the full payment as soon as possible. 
What details should I provide to confirm a Holiday?
In order to finalize your bookings, kindly furnish us with the following details: your membership number, the number of adults and children (with their ages) traveling, your desired destination, and your preferred check-in/check-out dates (including any alternative dates). If you are accompanied by elderly or physically challenged individuals, please notify our Member Services Team so that we can arrange for a resort or hotel that is suitable for their needs.
Will my membership take care of all my holiday needs?
Your membership program provides you with access to the services you have purchased. If you require additional services, such as traveling with more people or at a different season than that you have purchased, please inform your Member Services Team. They will present you with a range of options, and you may confidently select the one that best meets your needs. Whether you planning a leisure trip, a gathering, an office outing, or a business trip, please do not hesitate to contact your Member Services Team to maximize the benefits of your membership program.
Can I take More than one holiday’s in a year?

Absolutely YES!
 
We at Club8 intend that you holiday more than once in a year. As more holidays means more fun and more relaxation.
The options to have more than one holiday in a year are as follows.
 
1. Bring forward your next year’s entitlement.
2. Buy an additional holiday at a discounted price.
3. Ask Member Services Team if any Special Promos are running.
4. Check if any complete packages can be arranged.
 
You can bring forward your future entitlement to use in the current year by paying the AMC for that entitlement. As a Club 8 privileged member you will have the benefit of purchasing additional holidays at discounted rates.

The cost of the additional holiday will depend on the number of people travelling, the destination and the duration of the holiday. Time to time the club will be doing special promos for some of the destinations these promos will be sent to you by email.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Your Member Services Team will send you a Confirmation Letter once the desired reservation has been confirmed. Please note when you check in at any Hotel / Resort it is mandatory for all the people travelling in that reservation to have a valid Photo ID.
 
Guests without an ID can be refused check in by the Hotel / Resort. Also ensure you read the terms and conditions mentioned in the confirmation letter and should you need any clarifications you may get in touch with your Member Services Team.
 
Also if a confirmed reservation is cancelled a cancellation rule is applicable which is as follows. We understand it is not your intention to cancel a holiday but the rule has been applied so that people do not take undue advantage of the membership program.
Cancellation Rule:
a) Up to 30 days before the start date of holiday – No deduction of entitlement.
b) From 30 days to a week before the start date of holiday – 50% deduction of Entitlement used.
c) Less than 15days from the start date of holiday – Loss of Entitlement.
How do I change my address?
Should you move your residence or shift from one city to another or change countries, all you need to do is send an email with your new address to details to the Member Services Team. Please note it is compulsory and mandatory to have your updated correspondence details to enable us to serve you better. Should there be a change of address outside India a nominal administration fee will be levied for sending any correspondence by post or courier.
Can I get travel and visa assistance?
As the motto of the club is “We are here for you”, Our Member Services Team will be more than happy to assist you with any ticketing transportation related queries. The Member Services Team is also able to assist you with the Visa purpose, however granting of the visa is entirely up to the relevant embassies. You would be required to pay the relevant ticket and visa fees when you book through your Member Services Team.

Our Member Services Team is also equipped with the knowledge of every holiday destination and shall be able to assist you with the sightseeing facilities also. Any costs towards the sightseeing will be taken before your start of your holiday or you may be instructed how to do the payments.
Can I buy packages?
There are various all inclusive packages tailor made as per your requirement and the same can be purchased at a discounted rates.
These packages include Accommodation, Transfers and Sight Seeing. When you purchase a package your yearly entitlement is not effected at all.
